I know this is something that is off topic, but just out of curiosity, do we really put a value on our mental health and relationships due to the nature of our work?
How do we take care of our mental health and relationships?

  2. Personally, I value my relationship more than my work. I make it sure that I have time for it. I just view it this way, I don't think, I would be able to take care of my mental health if I do not have a good relationship with my loved ones. Both should be balanced.

I agree with you...I recently read an article from this website that human relationships and connection is still the number one priority to have good emotional and mental health. Nothing can beat that despite the digital technology advancements that we have right now.

  4. Yes, indeed! A relationship must be a priority.
